The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on Page 2, Section 11, line 1, by striking all of subsection (a), and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"(a) This section may be cited as the "West Virginia Servicemembers Civil Relief Act"
(b) A member of the West Virginia National Guard who has been ordered or called to active military service under Title 10 or Title 32 of the United States Code, or called to state active duty by the Governor for a period of thirty days or more, or a member of the military reserve ordered to active federal military service under Title 10 of the United States Code, has all of the protections, rights or benefits that are afforded and may accrue to a person on federal active duty under the provisions of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U. S. C. App., §501, et seq."
